2月7日榮環(huán)（北京）技術(shù)咨詢有限公司從海關(guān)總署獲悉，海關(guān)總署更新了境外寵物食品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)白名單中的備注內(nèi)容：具體產(chǎn)品的動(dòng)物源性原料受《禁止從動(dòng)物疫病流行國家地區(qū)輸入的動(dòng)物及其產(chǎn)品一覽表》動(dòng)態(tài)限制（商業(yè)無菌 [1] 處理的禽源性罐裝寵物食品除外）。

     On Feb 7^th, GACC has updated the notes in the “white list” of overseas pet foodproduction and processing enterprises: The animal-derived raw materialsof specific products are dynamically restricted by the List of Animals and Their Products Prohibited from Importation from countries and areas with epidemic animal diseases (except canned pet food of poultry origin processed by commercial sterility).  

    這表明經(jīng)商業(yè)無菌處理的禽源性罐裝寵物食品，包括寵物主糧罐頭、寵物零食罐頭等，將不受禽類相關(guān)疫情影響，允許出口至中國。

        This indicates that canned pet food of avian origin, including canned pet food（wet food）and canned pet snacks, will not be affected by avian related epidemics and will be allowed to be exported to China.

    截止目前為止，已有21個(gè)國家或地區(qū)的寵物食品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)及寵物食品原料加工企業(yè)獲準(zhǔn)出口至中國，包括泰國、臺(tái)灣、菲律賓、烏茲別克斯坦、荷蘭、法國、比利時(shí)、德國、丹麥、捷克、意大利、美國、加拿大、巴西、阿根廷、新西蘭、澳大利亞、吉爾吉斯斯坦、新西蘭、奧地利、西班牙。

    Up to now, pet food production and processing enterprises and pet food raw material processing enterprises from 21 countries or regions have been approved to export to China，including Thailand, Taiwan,The Philippines, Uzbekistan, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Italy, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand, Austria, Spain.

  備注： [1] 商業(yè)無菌是指食品經(jīng)適度的熱殺菌以后，不含有致病的微生物，也不含有在通常溫度下能在其中繁殖的非致病性微生物。商業(yè)無菌是罐頭工藝的微生物檢驗(yàn)指標(biāo)，食用微生物不合格的食品會(huì)給寵物健康帶來影響。

  Note: [1] Commercial sterility refers to the absence of pathogenic microorganisms or non-pathogenic microorganisms that can thrive in the food after moderate thermal sterilization. Commercial sterility is the microbiological test index of canning process. Eating food with unqualified microbe will affect the health of pets.
